SJM advances with RMB724 million acquisition of Hengqin office building to be converted into 3-star hotel

The company first announced plans for the acquisition of this property last December.

The property, Xin De Kou An Shang Wu Zhong Xin complex, located next to the Hengqin checkpoint, is owned by Zhuhai Hengqin Shun Tak Property Development Company Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Shun Tak Holdings Limited.
