Macau International Airport’s service center will offer “one-stop” services to travelers from Zhuhai and surrounding areas, including flight inquiries, ticket bookings, and immigration consultations, further facilitating air travel for residents of the Greater Bay Area.
At the opening ceremony, officials from Macau International Airport Company Limited (CAM) were present for the unveiling, including Dr. Chan Weng Hong, Chairman of the Executive Committee, and Executive Directors Mr. Chu Tan Neng, Mr. Kan Cheok Kuan , and Mr. Lei Si Tai.
The service center, strategically located in the city center, provides not only essential ticketing services but also practical information on Macau Airport’s transfer procedures and cross-border transportation, assisting travelers in planning their itineraries.
The Zhuhai service center represents a significant initiative for Macau International Airport to expand its presence in the Greater Bay Area market. In the future, it aims to leverage Macau’s international route advantages with Zhuhai’s
geographical location to promote an “aviation + tourism” model and develop “multi-stop” tourism products. CAM stated that it is exploring further cooperation plans with Zhuhai, including services such as early check-in and direct cross-border baggage transfer, continuously enhancing the passenger experience.
