The founder of the Wagner paramilitary group, Yevgueni Prigozhin, remains under investigation for his failed mutiny attempt despite the Kremlin’s announcement of an agreement intended to drop the charges against him, Russian news agencies reported.
“The case has not been closed, the investigation continues,” declared a source at the Russian Attorney General’s Office, quoted by the three main Russian news agencies.
