“These monsters kill easily. The world must see the video of the execution of the Ukrainian prisoner of war. It is a video of Russia as it is”, said the head of state of Ukraine in a message published on the social network Instagram and quoted by Agence France Presse.
So far, no further details have been released about the alleged beheading, and the location where the execution took place is unknown.
The identities of the victim and the alleged attackers have not yet been released.
