Alexandre Leitão received yesterday from the Chinese Commissioner for Foreign Affairs in Macau, Liu Xinfa, the exequatur (authorization given by one state for the consul of another state to be admitted and to fully exercise his functions).
Alexandre Leitão has been in Macau since January 20.
