Guangdong has set a goal of 5% of GDP growth rate in 2023, according to Wang Weizhong, the governor of Guangdong, when delivering the government work report on the First Session of the 14th Guangdong Provincial People’s Congress today (January 12).
In 2023, the province’s fixed-asset investment is expected to increase by 8%, retail sales of consumer goods by 6%, total import and export volume by 3%. The CPI increase is expected to be about 3%.
