The Spanish newspaper La Opinión de Málaga says that Malaga is considering taking Braga to court if the miners sell Ricardo Horta this summer and do not pay the emblem the amount they feel they are entitled to.
In view of the interest that the Portuguese international has been targeting, namely from Benfica, the Spanish second division club will have triggered a clause in force in Horta’s contract with Braga.
