China should focus on addressing the problem of “unbalanced and incomplete development” in the next five years, the country’s president, Xi Jinping, told senior leaders this week.
He made this comment at a two-day meeting in Beijing that began Tuesday, according to state broadcaster CCTV, in which he laid out his vision for the next five years from a Communist Party congress to be held later this year.
