Chelsea prepare offer for Ronaldo

Cristiano Ronaldo definitely has his future completely open. The Portuguese has not yet appeared at Manchester United and Chelsea, rivals of the Old Trafford club, are willing to present a proposal for the player.
According to journalist Pete O’Rourke, the blues will offer, for now, 16 and a half million for CR7, days after some press assured that Manchester United had an interesting value in the 15 to start any negotiation.
