The coalition of President Emmanuel Macron’s party won, this Sunday, the first round of the legislative elections in France, with the leftist coalition in second place.

According to the final results released this evening, Emmanuel Macron’s Ensemble! .116 votes (25.66%). It means that only 21,441 votes separate the two coalitions in Sunday’s elections.

According to data from the French Ministry of the Interior, in third place was the National Union, led by Marine Le Pen, the extreme right, with 4,248,600 votes (18.68%).
