The PSG-Basaksehir game was interrupted and suspended after the fourth referee’s allegedly racist comments against the Turkish club’s assistant coach.

During Wednesday’s press conference of the game between Standard Liège and Benfica, Jorge Jesus commented on the case of racism during the PSG-Basaksehir match.

As a citizen I have the right to think in my own way and I can only have a concrete opinion if I know what was said at that moment, because today anything that can be said against a black person is always a sign of racism. This can be said the same against a white man and is no longer a sign of racism.
