Portugal considers general lockdown in the first two weeks of December

The Government is studying the possibility of enacting general lockdown in the first two weeks of December.

The measure is identical to what happened in Portugal in March and April. The news, advanced by TVI, was confirmed by TSF.

At stake is the preparation for the Christmas period and for the celebrations of the season, covering two weeks in which there are holidays – 1 and 8 December – used by some Portuguese to make the so-called “bridges”.
