Cristiano Ronaldo will not be present at this morning’s training session in Cidade do Futebol. According to the Portuguese Football Federation, the player is undergoing treatment for a foot infection.
On Wednesday, the athlete “did gym work”, and now has an infection in his right toe that makes it impossible to train. The FPF also reports that Cristiano Ronaldo is being treated with antibiotics and that the Health and Performance Unit will re-evaluate “the player’s clinical situation on a daily basis”.
