The Brazilian government on Sunday corrected the figures initially released in view of the epidemiological evolution of covid-19, informing that the country recorded 366 deaths in the last 24 hours, instead of the 566 reported earlier.
“The Ministry of Health updates the covid-19 balance sheet data. In the previous bulletin there was a typo ”, informed the tutelage of Saúde in a statement, rectifying the daily death toll.
The total number of infected people that Brazil counted in the last 24 hours remains at 16,158.
