Corinna Larsen threatened to reveal information that could harm the Royal House, through a letter to Felipe VI. However, the current king of Spain did not yield to blackmail.
The ex-lover of King Emeritus Juan Carlos sent a letter on March 21 last year, claiming that she would reveal everything about “finances and intimate connections” to Casa Real if Felipe VI did not help her resolve some legal issues where is involved.
However, Felipe VI refused to negotiate and responded to the threat. The current Spanish king guaranteed that he would sue the German aristocrat if he transformed his words into actions, as reported by the newspaper “El Mundo” that had access to the letters.
