A new model of civil registration starts to be implemented from tomorrow, in Luanda. It will prevent, for example, citizens from returning to mobile stations or conservatories to lift their birth seat, for the issuance of the Identity Card
The national technical coordinator of the Project for Massification of the Civil Registration and attribution of the Identity Card (BI), Fernando Fortes, said that the introduction of the new Civil Registration books begins at the Kifica post, in Luanda. The also delegate of Justice and Human Rights in Luanda explained that the new document is an A4 model divided in half. It bears, on the left side, the birth seat and, on the other, the full copy, which is delivered, on the spot, to the user.
