Foreign Minister Arancha González Laya said that “the most difficult thing has been left behind” in a message in Spanish and English.
Spain will lift the quarantine for foreign tourists as of July 1, the Spanish government announced this Monday, which thus takes a new step in easing the restrictions imposed because of the covid-19 disease.
The decision was taken at an interministerial meeting, held this Monday by videoconference, which was attended by the vice-presidents of the Spanish executive, Teresa Ribera and Nadia Calviño, and the minister of Foreign Affairs, Arancha González Laya.
