The minister also wrote that that amount represents the value of the costs resulting from the measures adopted to prevent the spread of the pandemic to be borne by the State Budget.
One of these measures has to do with the creation of Solidarity Income, which aims to cover 30,000 Cape Verdean citizens, of whom 10,000 are already covered, and the totality should be reached by the end of April.
