Pedro Neto could indeed be on his way to Manchester City this summer. According to transfer market expert Fabrizio Romano, the Citizens have already submitted a formal offer for the 26-year-old Portuguese winger from Chelsea.
Neto is being considered as one of the options to fill the potential gap left by Savinho, who has been strongly linked with a move to Tottenham. English media report that City would be willing to offer €80 million to secure the Portuguese international’s signature.
