Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu welcomed the US President today for the memorandum with Tehran announced by Donald Trump, who committed, at the conclusion of the negotiations, to limiting the Islamic Republic’s nuclear capabilities and missile manufacturing.
According to the Israeli head of government’s office, Trump briefied Netanyahu today regarding the “memorandum of understanding (MOU) currently under negotiation with Iran,” which has not yet been officially confirmed by the Iranian government.

Netanyahu “expressed his deep appreciation for President Trump’s commitment that the final agreement, upon the conclusion of negotiations, will include the removal of enriched [nuclear] material, the dismantling of enrichment infrastructure, strict limits on missile production, and an end to Iranian support for its proxy terrorist groups in the region,” the official source added.
This diplomatic coordination follows Trump’s sudden cancellation of scheduled airstrikes against Iran after high-level talks were approved by international parties.
