Buyers of homes priced from €350,000 receive a Nissan Pathfinder, those purchasing units above €700,000 get a Nissan Patrol SE Platinum City, and residences costing €1.2 million come with a Nissan Patrol Nismo.
This campaign comes at a time when many residents are leaving the region due to fears related to the war between Israel, the US, and Iran. Tourism and real estate are the sectors most affected by the conflict, Paulo Paiva dos Santos told DN.
