Judy Huth, seeking unspecified damages, said she had come to the famous Los Angeles mansion at Cosby’s invitation after she and her friend met him a few days earlier at a public park where he was filming a movie.
After spending time with Cosby and her friend in a playroom, Huth said she came out of the bathroom and saw the comedian sitting on the bed. He patted the bed beside her and she sat down, she said, under questioning from her lawyer.
Crying, Huth claimed that Cosby tried to get his hands on her pants. When she told the actor she was menstruating, he stood up and dropped his pants, she claimed.
