The former President of the Republic of Angola, José Eduardo dos Santos, attributed to the then Minister of State and head of the Military House, Manuel Hélder Vieira Dias “Kopelipa”, the responsibility for the way in which the Institutional Communication Revitalization Office was managed and Marketing of the Administration (GRECIMA), which registered an embezzlement of 98,141,632 euros.
In a letter of just two points, arriving from Barcelona (Spain), addressed to the Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court during the preparatory stage of the judicial process in which the former director of the extinct GRECIMA, Manuel António Rabelais, is accused of the crimes of money laundering capital, embezzlement and violation of the rules of execution of the plan and budget, José Eduardo dos Santos writes that he has nothing to clarify, because the issue of GRECIMA’s management was followed up by the general in the reform Manuel Hélder Vieira Dias.
