Signal 3 must be hoisted between 3 pm and 5 pm

The Meteorological and Geophysical Services are considering raising signal 3 between 3 pm and 5 pm due to the approach of the tropical cyclone Higos.

The storm was at 11 am about 360 km south-east of Macau, moving towards the west coast of Guangdong province.
