Portuguese Institute trains executives in China

The Lisbon University Institute – an entity linked to ISCTE – will train management executives in Guangdong province, in southern China.

In a statement, ISCTE Executive Education says that this initiative comes from a protocol signed with the Chinese educational institution, Kingold Training College.

For 10 years, the agreement has been in force between both geographies, especially in health management, in partnership with Chinese universities, underlined the President of ISCTE Executive Education, José Crespo de Carvalho.

The next step in the agreement with Kingold Training College is to train executives in the areas of management and leadership, customized to adapt to Chinese companies, the statement said.

“New and important results are expected at this level given the size of the Chinese market and its importance for the export of higher and executive education from Portugal”, said José Crespo de Carvalho.
