The girlfriend of President Donald Trump‘s eldest son tested positive for the new coronavirus, US media reports. However, the former journalist is asymptomatic.
Kimberly Guilfoyle, a former Fox News star dating Donald Trump Jr., had traveled to South Dakota to see the US President’s speech on July 4 and the fireworks display on Mount Rushmore.
Guilfoyle, 51, was immediately isolated after discovering she had the virus. This after a routine test carried out on all those who may be in close contact with the president, reveals The New York Times.
In a statement to the newspaper, Sergio Gor, chief of staff for the Trump campaign’s Finance committee, revealed that Kimberly is fine. However, “it will be tested again to ensure that the diagnosis is correct, since it is asymptomatic”.
