Contracts that only target strategic market issues and that normally turn into loans, suffer a blow.


The Direction of the Portuguese Football Federation (FPF) forbids the existence of “bridge transfers” in national football.

In other words, a player must have a minimum period of 16 weeks in the club that signed him before being negotiated again. This means that business hires, those that only target strategic market issues and that normally turn into loans, suffer a blow, because the players are bound by the badges, at least, a market window.
