Brazil surpasses the 10,000 deaths mark and has 155,000 cases


São Paulo State remains the epicenter of the disease in Brazil.

Brazil recorded 10,627 deaths and 155,939 confirmed cases of the new coronavirus, the country’s Ministry of Health announced today.

In the last 24 hours, 730 people died from Covid-19 disease, which has a 6.8% mortality rate in the country. 10,701 new confirmed cases of the new coronavirus were also included in the data released by the Brazilian Government.
