According to the National Execution Plan for the 2020-2022 triennium, attached to the National Strategy, the objective is the existence, starting next year, of a system for reporting and monitoring cases of human rights violations.
The system will be in charge of the office of the Secretary of State for Human Rights, the National Directorate for Human Rights and the Intersectorial Commission for the Preparation of National Human Rights Reports. For the 2020-2022 triennium, the National Human Rights Strategy Execution Plan foresees actions to strengthen the Human Rights system at provincial level.
