Emergency personnel were dispatched to the home of the 48-year-old media personality, whose legal name is Mario Lavandeira, following calls from viewers reporting concerning behavior during a TikTok live stream. The local sheriff’s office confirmed that deputies and crisis response teams safely secured the individual before transporting him to a regional hospital for medical evaluation. TikTok subsequently suspended the account associated with the stream.
In a statement outlining the response, law enforcement officials detailed that deputies adopted de-escalation protocols upon arrival to ensure the situation resolved without injury to the individual or officers. Crisis intervention specialists and mental health professionals were also deployed to offer assistance to the family.

Representatives for Hilton, Dante Rusciolelli and Rebekah Kochan, issued a joint statement acknowledging the reports while requesting privacy for his family. They noted that management teams were working to establish direct contact with him while prioritizing his health and recovery.
