Monegasque driver Charles Leclerc (Ferrari) clinched victory today at the British Formula 1 Grand Prix, the ninth round of the season, which concluded with the safety car leading the pack due to a crash by Dutchman Max Verstappen (Red Bull).
Leclerc crossed the line ahead of British driver George Russell (Mercedes) in second place, while fellow Briton Lewis Hamilton (Ferrari) secured third. This triumph marks a historic milestone, securing Ferrari’s 250th victory in Formula 1. It was a contrasting day for championship leader Kimi Antonelli (Mercedes), who suffered mechanical issues and finished back in 16th position.
