Elon Musk fueled controversy with fake sexual images, says French prosecutors

French prosecutors have warned US authorities about suspicions that Elon Musk may have encouraged controversy over sexualized deepfakes on X to artificially boost the value of his companies.

The chatbot Grok sparked outrage earlier this year after generating artificial images of women and girls in sexual contexts without their consent.
