Arsenal will face Sporting in the Champions League quarter-finals after beating Bayer Leverkusen 2-0 at home today in the round of 16 second leg.
Following the 1-1 draw in Germany, the Londoners beat the Germans with goals from Eberechi Eze (36′) and Declan Rice (63′), securing their third consecutive quarter-final appearance and their 10th overall — the first having come in 1971/72 in the then European Cup.

The Gunners, finalists in 2005/06, will face Sporting in the next round after the Lions today overturned a 3-0 first-leg deficit with a 5-0 thrashing of Bodø/Glimt.
The first leg of the quarter-final will be played at the Estádio José Alvalade in Lisbon on April 7 or 8, with the second leg in London on April 14 or 15.
