Seoul will retaliate “one hundred times more” in case of attack by Pyongyang, warns South Korean president

The South Korean president warned Pyongyang this Tuesday that he will retaliate "a hundred times more" in the event of an attack, in a speech in response to the North Korean leader who asked that the South be classified as the country's enemy in the Constitution.

“If North Korea provokes us, we will retaliate a hundredfold,” Yoon Suk-yeol said during a meeting with the executive in Seoul, according to the presidential office.

A few hours earlier, the North Korean media echoed a speech by North Korean leader Kim Jong-un in a parliamentary session on Monday, in which he defended a revision of the Constitution to define South Korea as “ hostile country number one.”
