Probably trying to find out more about Portugal and what it has to offer tourists or simply searching for news about what’s happening in the country, users of this search engine made the country the fourth most searched destination last year on Google all around the world. Ahead of Portugal is Greece, which occupies first place, Spain and Italy, countries that are in second and third place on the podium, respectively.
The justification given by the publication dedicated to tourism begins by mentioning “from the explosion of exciting restaurants opening in the north to the blue water sanctuaries in the south, there is a lot waiting for travelers in Portugal”.
