The exquisite "Casa da Passarella & Dona Maria Júlio Bastos Wine Pairing Dinner" include several new Portuguese dishes meticulously crafted by Chef Luis Americo, pairing four premium Portuguese wines with each dish under the collaboration with the renowned Portuguese wine supplier Vinomac.

Renowned Portuguese culinary master and Executive Chef of Hotel Royal Macau, Luis Americo, has returned to the hotel’s FADO Portuguese Restaurant to present an exquisite “Casa da Passarella & Dona Maria Júlio Bastos Wine Pairing Dinner”.

Their team selected four premium Portuguese wines from the wineries Casa da Passarella and Dona Maria Júlio Bastos to complement each dish created by Chef Luis perfectly.

Casa da Passarella was founded in 1892, located in Passarela, at the foot of Serra da Estrela mountain. The favourable geographical location and the natural blending of the vine varieties have made the brand has become one of the house symbolizes of Portuguese wines.

Dona Maria Júlio Bastos located in the northern part of the Alentejo region of Portugal and is considered to be one of the best and most beautiful palatial estates in the region. Since the Dona Maria project began in 2003, its wines have been recognized by numerous national and international awards.
