Wang Yaping is an astronaut and delegate to the 20th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party. Currently, one of her greatest desires is to share, with fellow foreign astronauts, the Chinese space station, which is almost completed.
“We are lucky to have entered a new era. From my first flight in 2013 to my most recent flight a year ago, China’s manned space missions have often reached new heights over the past ten years,” said Wang.
“We have a wider flight deck, more experience and the space station itself. In this decade, generations of astronauts have continued to struggle,” she said, recalling the beginnings of her adventure.
