“The ceasefire will start from 12:00 (9:00 am in Lisbon) on October 10 for humanitarian purposes,” said Russian Foreign Minister Serguei Lavrov, reading a statement at the end of negotiations between the diplomatic heads of Armenia and Azerbaijan.
