Putin proposes US non-interference agreement during elections

Just over a month before the US presidential elections, Russian President Vladimir Putin proposed to the United States a non-interference agreement between the two countries as a way to prevent cyber incidents.

In a statement released on Friday (25), the Russian said that one of the biggest strategic challenges today is the risk of “large-scale confrontations in the digital sphere” and suggested a restart of relations between the two countries in the use of information technologies. and communication.
