The third phase of the SoroEpi MSP survey, funded by Grupo Fleury, Ibope Inteligência, Todos pela Saúde, and Instituto Semeia, showed that 17.9% (from 15% to 20.9%, with a margin of error) of the adult population of the municipality of São Paulo has already been infected with the new coronavirus.

According to the survey, considering that the population over 18 in the capital city of São Paulo is 8.4 million people, the number of infected people is 1.5 million (from 1.26 million to 1.75 million, with the margin of error).
