According to a recent UBS outlook update, the expected momentum is driven by “premium demand”.
“With reinvestment trends normalizing, we expect operators with strong premium product and service positioning to outperform,” wrote analysts Robin M. Farley, Arpine Kocharyan, Alex Kivali, Robert Henry, Anoop Savio, and Derin Sezercan.
