Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Wednesday rejected the possibility of ceding territory to Russia or accepting a “freeze” on the front line, stressing that Moscow will lose the war that began in February 2022.
“Russia will lose the war against Ukraine. There cannot be a ‘freezing’ [of the front]. There cannot be any exchange regarding the territory of Ukraine or its sovereignty”, he argued in a speech made before the Ukrainian parliament to present the “victory plan”
