Microsoft could acquire streaming giant Netflix as early as 2023, according to a Reuters analysis published on Wednesday (20).
Since his arrival at the top of Microsoft in 2014, the CEO of the computer company, Satya Nadella, has already made several acquisitions, such as the Minecraft game for US$ 2.5 billion, the professional social network LinkedIn for US$ 26 billion and Nuance, a developer of artificial intelligence software, for $20 billion.
But the biggest acquisition was of games company Activision, which cost Microsoft $69 billion and sparked a court battle to challenge the validity of the deal over allegations of forming a monopoly.
