A study from the Harvard School of Public Health (HSPH) and the University of Athens Medical School (UAMS) in Greece suggests that naps of at least 30 minutes, three times a week, reduce the risk of coronary heart disease by 37 percent.
The researchers believe that an afternoon nap in a healthy individual may act as a stress release process.
