It is a pity that this plan does not have an identity touch. What could sustainability be? Macao, with size, and enviable financing capacity – public and private – could be an example in the new wave that can be seen on the planet: technological innovation linked to sustainability, the blue economy, new production habits, consumption and behavior.
There is nothing in this plan to indicate any of this. Because, in this particular point, the plan is more of the same: to be what we have always been.
