去年全國「直播帶貨」投訴同比增長357.74%

新華社消息:2020年,全國「12315平台」共受理「直播」投訴舉報2.55萬件,為消費者挽回經濟損失835.53萬元。其中「直播帶貨」佔比近8成,同比增長357.74%。

2020年,全國12315平台共受理網購投訴舉報203.32萬件,佔平台投訴舉報受理總量的28.04%,立案18.41萬件,全國市場監管部門為消費者挽回經濟損失3.04億元。訴求熱點主要集中在直播帶貨、生鮮食品、網上訂餐三方面。
  
直播帶貨訴求速增,產品質量疏於把關、使用「極限詞」等引導消費者衝動消費、售後退換貨難以保障等問題層出不窮。生鮮食品投訴舉報主要問題為,品質不過關、售後服務差、下單容易取消難、久未發貨、虛假促銷。網上訂餐主要問題為,平台準入審核不嚴、線下餐廳無證經營、餐食外包裝破損、送餐延誤等。
