According to information advanced in Beijing by the Xinhua agency, this holiday’s film season features a diverse range of releases, ranging from comedy to action, through animation and science fiction.
This variety of genres has attracted a broad audience to movie theaters, contributing to a strong box office start during Spring Festival, traditionally one of the most lucrative periods of the year for the entertainment sector in China.
