The remarks were made by Secretary for Economy and Finance Tai Kin Ip during a meeting of the Macau Council for Science and Technology on Monday.
According to Tai, the studies will provide expert analysis to support the creation and operation of the funds. A cross-departmental task force has been formed to coordinate detailed planning and ensure effective implementation, he added.
