The case of the rape accusation against Dani Alves continues to make headlines. This time, the media has assured that the Catalan police had access to the woman’s accusations through a camera that had been activated involuntarily by a police officer at the time of the first statement.
According to El Periódico, the woman, in these images, appeared “washed in tears” and feeling “ashamed and guilty” for having entered the house of gain where she was, then, sexually assaulted by the Brazilian international.
The version captured by this camera, in the first testimony, matches the one already presented by the same woman in court, which does not help the defence of Dani Alves, accused of a crime of sexual abuse, which will have happened last December, in a Catalan nightclub.
