Lusophony and Arts and Culture Festival between China and the PLP start Friday

They are few but good. Lusofonia starts with a limited program, but promises during the three days of show to liven up Taipa with Brazilian, Cape Verdean, Portuguese, Macanese, Mozambican and Chinese rhythms.

With the 25th edition of the Festival da Lusofonia this weekend, the 4th edition of the Festival of Arts and Culture between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries also starts, with a very limited program, due to the restrictions of covid -19. As is traditionally the case, the opening of the event that celebrates Lusophony is scheduled for Friday, at 7:00 pm, at the Casas da Taipa Amphitheater.

In addition to the official opening ceremony, on Friday, until 10 pm, there is also a place at Largo do Carmo for light music, with the performance of artists such as Fabrizio Croce, Núcleo de Cantares do GDCM, Rita e os Sons da Lusofonia, Gabriel, Jandira Silva, Betchy Barros, Banda Inova, Fado Group and Portuguese Popular Music.
